IT On Call

Much of TC Enterprises' business is in setting up and maintaining networks in medical facilities and private practices. We offer a special maintenance plan, to prevent costly downtime, called "IT On Call". We make this an affordable solution by scheduling a technician for regular maintenance and documentation.

We recognize that when systems are down, your office will lose in a number of ways. Paying employees that are handcuffed by network downtime is costly in itself. Then you must consider inability to schedule, collect, file insurance claims, etc.

While no one can claim that maintenance will prevent all downtime, statistics show that consistent maintenance reduces the amount of network downtime by 70-80 percent. Given this reduction in downtime, proper maintenance can save you thousands of dollars per year.

This is where IT On Call can assist your practice. Our philosophy is to keep your cost low by contracting a limited number of hours per technician. This allows us adequate time for maintenance and the ability to guarantee a 2-3 hours response time in the event of an emergency.

Your emergency fees may also be lessened by your contract. For details see our fee schedule.

We understand that your office cannot function with network problems. And when problems arise, you cannot afford to wait 2-3 days to have a scheduled technician sent out. And you certainly don't want to pay the exorbitant emergency fees that most firms/consultants will charge for a same day visit. IT On Call was developed to offer its clients regular maintenance and to reward them for their business relationship by providing services, including emergency services, at greatly reduced costs. It is like having an IT professional on staff at a fraction of the cost. We offer recommendations as to how much time you should contract. It is, however, your practice and budget that must be considered. If your budget allows, we recommend one hour for ever 2 workstations and 1 hour per server. This allows us to perform maintenance tasks on each unit once per month. By doing this, we feel that we can maintain a consistent and steady network, with minimal downtime.
